Goal setting and visualization are so important when it comes to manifesting what you want, but so often we forget to do it! It can be so easy to get caught up in day to day tasks and dilemmas that we forget all about our goals and end up focusing on what’s going wrong or worrying about things that could go wrong. The problem when we focus our attention on these kinds of things is that it can lead us off track… we lose sight of our goals and dreams.

#1 – Focus on your daily goals and don’t beat yourself up if you have to make adjustments.
#2 – Ensure you have them set by priority. Instead of fifty goals that need to be completed by the end of the week. Break them down into groups of ten. This will help instantly.
#3 – Have fun and reward yourself once you complete a goal. Celebrate the small victories.
